REGIONAL BOARD MEETINGS
Board Meetings
Observers and delegations are welcome to attend Regional District Board and Standing Committee meetings.
Directors are sent their agenda material seven days before the meeting. As such, correspondence for the agenda must be received at the Regional District office by Tuesday of the week before the meeting for copying and distribution.
If you wish to appear before the Board as a delegation, please contact the Administration Department a minimum of two weeks before the meeting so that the required documentation can be prepared / assembled by the above deadline.
