Summer Positions

The Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako provides local government services to seven rural areas and eight municipalities and encompasses an area of more than 77,000 square kilometers of scenic mountains, rolling hills, lakes, and rivers.  All summer positions are based out of the RDBN main office located in Burns Lake. All positions are 16 weeks long unless indicated in the job description.

Summer positions are partly supported by Canada Summer Jobs Grants, which limit hiring to candidates between the ages of 15-30.

Administration Department Summer Position

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, the employee will assist with a variety of clerical duties in support of the Administration Department including reception coverage, word processing, spreadsheeting, filing, research, and assisting in the preparation of Local Government Elections.
