Update on the Endako, Fraser Lake and Fort Fraser Rural Official Community Plan (OCP) Review

In 2017, the Regional District Planning Department began the process of updating the Endako, Fraser Lake, Fort Fraser Rural Official Community Plan (OCP), which was written in 2008.  We now have a preliminary draft OCP, for comment and consideration. The OCP draft and associated maps can be found below. Paper copies of the OCP and maps can also be viewed at the Regional District office in Burns Lake.

The Planning Department is currently in the process of amending the OCP draft based on input received from public consultation and referral agencies. We hope to take the draft OCP to the Regional District Board and to start the formal referral process in March-April 2019.

If you have any questions or comments regarding the Endako, Fraser Lake and Fort Fraser Rural OCP or the review process, please do not hesitate to contact the Planning Department at (250) 692-3195 or 1-800-320-3339.
