Before recycling an item, consider whether or not it can be reused. If an item is in clean and in good, reusable condition, bring it to your local thrift store or drop it off at one of the Regional District's Reuse sheds. These Reuse sheds are located at each of the RDBN's transfer stations. Please follow the Reuse Shed Rules, seen below (Smithers example).

Failure to abide by these rules may result in
the closure of this re-use shed.
√ Only items in good, reusable condition will be accepted.
X NO broken, dirty, or unusable items!
Please do not drop off electronics or small appliances at the reuse shed.
- Electronics (televisions, VCRs, stereos, computer monitors/towers/accessories, etc.) can be taken to the Bulkley Valley Bottle Depot for recycling.
- Small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, blenders/food processors, blow dryers, etc.) can be taken to the Bulkley Valley Bottle Depot for recycling.
