Online Payments

The Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako is now accepting payment through either the secure OptionPay System for credit cards (with applicable third party fees), or via Interac e-Transfer for cash payments.

Payments can be made for:
Accounts Payable
Building Permits
Fort Fraser Utilities
PLEASE NOTE - THE RDBN DOES NOT COLLECT RURAL PROPERTY TAX PAYMENTS.
THESE MUST BE PAID TO THE PROVINCE OF BC. FIND MORE INFORMATION HERE.

For e-transfers, send your payment to:
ap@rdbn.bc.ca

Please be sure to include at least one of the following in the
e-transfer message:

* Invoice or Permit Number
* Application Number (if applicable)
* A reason for payment if a number is not available
*Your name

What is OptionPay?: OptionPay is a payment card system the Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako uses for its online credit card transactions. You can find out more information about OptionPay by visiting their website here.

Is there an added fee for using OptionPay to pay Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako invoices and permits?: Yes. All transactions carried out through OptionPay follow a tiered fee schedule, starting at a minimum fee of $2.00. Why is there an added fee to pay with credit card?: The fees are administered through the OptionPay program for the use of their service and not through the Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako.

Is my credit card/information security with this program?: OptionPay provides information on their security measures here. Please note that the Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako takes no responsibility for, and accepts no liability, in the event of security breaches, technical difficulties, or other issues that may arise from your use of OptionPay. All users accept responsibility for their use of this service and do so at their own risk.
