Upload Business/Organization Logo Sponsor Banner Sponsor banners must be dropped off at either the RDBN office or the Village of Fraser Lake office by May 22. As signage cannot be affixed to venue walls, pop up style banners are recommended. Please note that sponsors are responsible for picking up their banners at the end of the forum on May 26. Will you provide a banner to display at the event? Required Yes No Tradeshow Booth The sponsor trade show area is intended to support meaningful connections, not a high-pressure sales environment. Booths will be open during networking breaks and offer a chance for relaxed, one-on-one conversations with attendees. Each booth includes: • One standard 6-foot table • Space for simple displays, handouts, or branded materials This setup is ideal for sharing who you are, what you do, and how you contribute to the region. Required Yes No Sponsor Registration If your sponsorship package includes complimentary forum registrations, you will receive a registration link to complete attendee details. Please ensure all complimentary registrations are submitted by May 15, 2026. Sponsorship Invoicing Once your form is received, an invoice will be sent from the Village of Fraser Lake.
