Secondary Suite Incentive Program

This 3-year pilot project will run from 2024-2027. Qualifying homeowners who construct a secondary suite and rent it at an affordable rate can receive a renovation rebate of up to $40,000 in the form of a forgivable loan if terms and conditions are met.
