Non-Profit Organizations Resources

Non-profit housing providers play an integral role in the development and operations of all types of housing in the region. Grant programs that fund senior, accessible, and supportive housing (linked below), typically require application from a non-profit. Municipal landowners, developers, and operators must work together to establish new housing. If you are a non-profit housing provider and wish to learn more about the needs and opportunities in the region, please reach out to the Housing Coordinator.

Grant Programs

Funding programs include the Community Housing Fund (CHF), the Indigenous Housing Fund (IHF), the Women’s Transitional Housing Fund (WTHF), and the Supportive Housing Fund (SHF). Watch for opportunities to access Pre-Development Funding.
