The RDBN establishes an annual Parcel Tax Roll Review Panel to receive any complaints about the preparation of the tax rolls used in the collection of parcel taxes. 

The dates for review of the 2026 Parcel Tax Roll have passed. The dates to review the 2027 Parcel Tax Rolls will be announced in January, 2027.

The Regional District uses parcel or parcel frontage taxes for the following services:
Lake Kathlyn Weed Control
Glacier Gulch Water Diversion
Fort Fraser Sewer
Fort Fraser Water
Cluculz Lake Sewer
Decker Lake Street Lighting

In order for a complaint to be heard, it must be received in writing. If any complaints are received, the Parcel Tax Roll Review Panel will sit to consider written complaints received by the deadline. Complaints cannot address the taxation level for a particular service, they can only address the inclusion of a particular property in the service area.
