If your property is not located in a city, town, district, or village, it is in a rural area. When you own property or lease Crown land in a rural area, you'll receive your property tax notice from the province's Surveyor of Taxes Office. You pay your property taxes to the province.
You can receive your property tax notice through your eTaxBC account.
You can do that here. https://www.etax.gov.bc.ca/btp/eservices/_/.
If you haven't already enrolled, contact the Province at 1-888-355-2700 or visit your local Service BC for assistance.
During postal disruptions you are still required to remit payment on or before July 2 to avoid penalties and interest.

If you are a municipal resident you will receive your property tax notice from and pay your taxes directly to your municipality.
If you live in a rural area your property tax notice will be issued by the Surveyor of Taxes. The Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako does not have access to these notices, and cannot accept payment.
